Your conversations are yours. Download them any time, in a readable format — no lock-in.

On your Account page, the Your data section lets you export and download your conversations. They're decrypted in your browser and saved straight to your device.
2What you get
- Your conversations in a portable file you can keep or move elsewhere (a
.zipwhen a chat includes images). - Any single answer, on demand, as a Word, PDF, or Markdown file — see generating documents.
- The export runs on your device — nothing extra is sent to us to produce it.
3Never locked in
Because you can export any time — and neither your password nor your plan locks your data — you're never stuck. Even if your plan lapses, your existing chats stay readable; you just can't send new messages until you pick a plan.
