Every new account starts with a small amount of free credit, so you can try Cognos before choosing a plan.
1What you get
A small starting balance lands on your account automatically at signup. You can spend it once your email is verified, and the amount left is shown in the sidebar.
2When it runs out
Your account becomes read-only: your existing chats stay fully readable, but you'll need a plan to send new messages.
