Organisation projects

Organisation projects are shared workspaces owned by the Organisation. Work in them is billed to the Organisation.

1Access

Only active members can be added to an Organisation project, each as a Viewer, Editor, or Admin. Organisation Admins are Admins on every Organisation project automatically. The mechanics are the same as personal Projects.

2Billing & lapses

Every message in an Organisation project bills the Organisation, not the person typing. If Organisation billing lapses, its projects become read-only for everyone until it's fixed.

3When someone leaves

Offboarding cuts a person's access first, then a key rotation locks them out of future messages. Their personal account and personal data are untouched.
