Seats & billing

Organisations pay one bill: CHF 15 per seat per month, with a three-seat (CHF 45) minimum.

1Seats

Every active membership takes one seat, billed at CHF 15 per seat per month. An Organisation is always billed for at least three seats (CHF 45 a month), even with fewer active people.

2Pooled usage

All members' work in Organisation projects pools into one bill. Usage above the combined seat floor is billed as a single overage line at the end of the cycle. Organisation work always bills the Organisation — never a member's personal balance.

3Good to know

  • There's no Organisation trial — billing starts from day one.
  • Removing a seat mid-cycle isn't refunded; the count drops at the next cycle, and never below three.
  • If Organisation billing lapses, its projects go read-only for everyone until it's resolved.
